Your new role
1. Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Resolve billing, account, and service-related queries with empathy and efficiency.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
4. Resolve or escalateplex issues to relevant teams when needed.
5. Work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
6. Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement.
