This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact on the lives of adults in the community. As the Team Manager, you will manage a team serving around 150,000 people, ensuring effective systems and processes are in place. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operational management of the team, Health and Safety, providing staff support, and ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act. You will also manage change within the team and promote community involvement. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to influence service development and collaborate with various stakeholders, including NHS, Voluntary Sector, and private providers. The ideal candidate will have a professional social care or health qualification (Degree/Diploma in Social Work or equivalent).
