About the organisation
Our client is an independent regulatory body in the UK responsible for ensuring the financial markets work well for the consumers and the economy, promoting market integrity and effective competition.
Role Responsibilities:
* Review, develop and draft a suite of innovative and engaging HR policies and procedures which are effective in supporting managers and colleagues across the organisation
* Oversee the client's performance management framework, embedding a high-performance culture across the business
* Lead on HR projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
* Keep up to date and apply best practice knowledge to ensure policies support a positive employee experience
Skills:
Minimum:
* Prior experience of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Proven experience of understanding and interpreting employment law
* Demonstratable experience of effective stakeholder management and influencing at a senior level
Essential:
* Qualified to a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
* Ability to develop and promote a positive employee experience
* Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines
