The Successful Candidate Will: Previous experience as an Autism Support Worker in a school or similar role is preferred. Understanding of autism spectrum conditions and effective support strategies. Great communication and people skills. Ability to adjust to the changing needs of students with autism. A caring and patient attitude when supporting students with different needs.
