You will oversee a multidisciplinary team comprising creative designers, front and back-end developers, and Unity developers. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to drive projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, are delivered on time, and stay within budget constraints.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management:Lead and inspire a team of creative designers, front and back-end developers, and Unity developersFacilitate effective communication within the team and foster a collaborative and innovative working environmentProvide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to encourage professional growth and developmentManage the use of Third Parties when applicable, and building upon our existent network of suppliersHave strong line management skills and an inspiring and collaborative leadership style. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to encourage professional growth and developmentProject Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project deliveryOversee the production process from conceptualisation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standardsWork closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design and development processes seamlesslyProvide knowledge and input into the project development for both internally and client led discussions across web, interactive content, training and creative projectsBe a creative thinker with strong problem solving skillsBudget Management:Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial goals are met while maintaining high-quality standardsTrack project expenses, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and proactively manage budgetary constraintsClient Relationship Management:Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or feedbackDevelop strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our servicesPerformance Metrics and KPIs:Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery, including on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and quality of deliverablesImplement strategies to continuously improve team performance and project outcomes based on KPI analysisBusiness Operations:Collaborate with the business operations team to streamline processes, optimise workflows, and enhance overall efficiencyContribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growthWork closely with senior management to align creative and digital projects with broader business objectivesIdentify potential risks and issues in project delivery and develop proactive mitigation strategiesImplement risk management processes to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and without major disruptionsBeing able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational managementRequirementsExperience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Digital Media, Design, or related disciplines)Proven experience managing creative and digital projects, preferably in a studio or agency settingStrong understanding of design and development processes, with the ability to bridge the gap between creative and technical teamsGood level of knowledge of best practice and processes for creative and digital design for brand and marketing, web development, Unity based interactive and gamified content, WebAR, VR and an interest in the emerging spatial computing and AI markets.
