Education Paralegal Cardiff An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paralegal to join a growing Education Law team at a well-regarded Cardiff-based law firm. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, the firm is looking to strengthen its offering across Wales with the addition of a motivated and career-driven individual. The Role You will work closely with experienced solicitors on a varied and rewarding caseload within education law, supporting clients across Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialist and highly impactful area of law. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with a range of education law matters Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries Liaising with clients, local authorities, and third parties Supporting case progression from initial instruction through to resolution Attending meetings and assisting with preparation for hearings where required About You Previous paralegal experience is desirable (education law experience advantageous but not essential) Strong drafting and communication skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A genuine interest in education law and supporting clients Proactive, approachable, and eager to learn The Firm This Cardiff-based firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and is committed to expanding its presence in education law across Wales.
