This is a unique opportunity to step into a Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) role and be part of something special right from the beginning. Our new state-of-the-art practice will include: A cutting-edge radioactive iodine suite for advanced feline hyperthyroidism treatment On-site CT scanner, digital x-ray, and dental x-ray facilities Fully equipped in-house laboratory Our own dedicated out-of-hours service A busy, well-established caseload with a loyal and supportive client base The Role As our Clinical Nursing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the nursing team and clinical standards at our new Harlow site. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, providing professional, operational and clinical guidance while working closely with our Clinical Director, senior leadership team, and the wider Linnaeus nursing community. You’ll lead by example, working clinically alongside your team while also ensuring we deliver the highest standards of patient and client care. You’ll also influence the growth and development of the practice, embedding nursing excellence from day one.
