Assistant Site Manager required for new build student accommodation project in the Cambridge area. The Assistant Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Assistant Site Managers with student accommodation / residential project experience would be an advantage for the role. The Assistant Site Manager duties will be but not limited working with the site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
