Job Description
Overview: Our client is a leader in enterprise storage software. They seek an executive sales leader to drive growth across EMEA, with a focus on evangelizing new technologies and managing a diverse sales team.
Required Skills and Experience
* Management experience leading at least 50 people across EMEA in a distributed organization
* Proven success in direct and indirect (solutions) sales to enterprise customers in storage software and hardware
* Experience in target account, solution, and consultative sales, managing complex sales cycles with CxO level
* Ability to plan and manage regional activities for maximum revenue
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, including presentation skills in English
* Results-driven, innovative, and inspiring leadership qualities
* High integrity and work ethic
* Willingness to travel as needed
