Salary: £25,397 £26,397 + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:3016:30 & 08:3017:30

As a Trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant at Pertemps, youll work with a variety of commercial clients, developing relationships, matching candidates to roles, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across all stages of recruitment
* Match candidates to commercial roles, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and candidates
* Support payroll, compliance, and pre-employment checks accurately
* Identify new business opportunities and support service delivery
* Contribute to achieving branch and individual targets through proactive service
To be successful:
* Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in a customer-facing or sales role
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Knowledge of employee rights, equality, diversity, and inclusion is a plus
* Ideally, a valid UK driving licence
