As a Sales Advisor based in our Southend branch you’ll be responsible for:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse.
This is a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, and 1 in 4 Saturday's from 8am to 12pm (paid as overtime).
Proven experience in a face to face sales/customer service position.
A driving licence is preferable as you will be required to cover the regular driver when he is out of the business.
