What You’ll Do
* Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across all store functions: commercial, operations, people, customer and visual merchandising.
* Drive sales and profitability by owning the Store P&L and using data to make smart business decisions.
* Set clear strategic direction for the store and hold line managers accountable for delivering their part.
* Champion a safe, legal and high-performing store environment, protecting the M&S brand at every level.
* Inspire and grow your leadership team, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and digital capability.
Who you are
* Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams in a fast-paced, customer-led environment.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to use insight and performance data to drive action.
* Deep understanding of store operations, visual merchandising, people processes, and legal compliance.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the confidence to lead change and tackle difficult conversations.
* A digitally savvy mindset with the resilience, adaptability and strategic thinking to lead through transformation.
