Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teachers—either Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced practitioners—to work with one of our partner schools in the Okehampton area. Key responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality lessons across your specialist subject or key stage
* Supporting pupils’ learning, progress and wellbeing
* Managing classroom behaviour in a positive and consistent manner
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
* Contributing to school initiatives, enrichment and wider activities
What we are looking for:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or completion of ECT training
* Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching
* A positive, professional attitude with the ability to inspire learners
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm for teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
