An outstanding specialist secondary school in the London Borough of Croydon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their committed team. This is an excellent opportunity to support students aged 11–19 with ASD in a warm, nurturing and inclusive learning environment, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff. Each pupil follows a personalised learning pathway and is supported by a multidisciplinary therapy team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and a School Counsellor. Students work towards a range of accredited courses such as unit awards, Functional Skills and entry-level BTECs, ensuring progress is recognised and celebrated.
