Overview
We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us find and develop new business opportunities, while also building strong relationships with existing customers.
Role: Business Development Executive at TieTalent. Location: EC1V. Hours: Full-time. Salary: £30,000 – £35,000. Bonus: Performance-based bonus available.
Responsibilities
* Building relationships with high-end retail and hospitality clients
* Reach out to potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn
* Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or services
* Reconnect with old or inactive customers to explore new opportunities
* Book in meetings, 'lunch & learns', and training sessions (CPDs) with clients
* Build strong, trusted relationships – acting more as a helpful consultant than just a sales rep
* Work closely with your Business Development Manager to grow sales year after year
* Keep our CRM system updated with accurate lead and customer info
* Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
* Share helpful info to educate and engage prospects
* Use social media to find new leads and promote what we do
