About the Role
Were looking for a Vehicle Prepper with a passion for automotive quality and craftsmanship. Youll play a key role in preparing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring theyre ready for primer and paint using industry-best practices.
Working as part of a dynamic cosmetic team, youll be instrumental in ensuring vehicles are reconditioned efficiently and to top standards. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and values teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing vehicle panels for primer and paint
* Masking, sheeting, and sanding in line with repair requirements
* Working with modern tools, techniques, and materials
About You
Were looking for someone with experience in vehicle reconditioning and a strong eye for detail. Youll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work from start to finish.
Minimum requirements:
1. Legal right to drive a manual vehicle in the UK
2. Proven experience in panel preparation
3. Skilled in masking and sheeting
