Role overview:
We are looking for an organised and motivated Used Vehicle Sales administrator to join our dynamic Sales Team.
This is a key position supporting our sales department ensuring every used vehicle sale is processed smoothly, accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
You will be responsible for handing the vital administration details behind the scenes, from vehicle documentation to invoicing and customer liaison, supporting a first-class customer experience every time!
Key responsibilities
Process all used vehicle sales documentation including invoices V5 registration and finance paperwork.
Maintain accurate stock records, updating vehicle details on internal systems.
Liaise with customers sales teams and external partners (DVLA, Finance companies) to assist with the activation of customer finance agreements.
Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for delivery, with all pre checks and paperwork completed.
Manage Vehicle movements on site and liaise with our handover teams for delivery.
Support the sales and management team with reports, updates and feedback and other administrative duties.

About you:
You will have excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills to include Microsoft Office together with an organised, efficient and proactive approach with great attention to detail.
Fantastic people skills with the ability to build rapport within a customer facing environment.

Previous Commercial vehicle sales experience
