What You Will Do
* Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
* Visiting customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
* Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on‑site
* Recording and managing job details using our in‑house engineer software
* Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
* Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
* Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience
What We Offer You
* Salary: £26,500 to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) – salary reviewed once you’re signed off training

What We’re Looking For
* A mechanical or electrical mindset – comfortable using hand tools and solving problems
* Enthusiasm – motivated to power through challenges
* Confidence – able to work alone in customers' homes and provide great service
* Communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional with customers
* A can‑do attitude – driven to learn and succeed
* Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
