HLTA / ECT - Primary School - BL3
This is a great opportunity for either:
* a confident HLTA looking for a long-term role with responsibility, or
* an ECT seeking valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment.
The Role:
* Supporting and/or leading learning within the classroom
* Delivering pre-planned lessons where required
* Working with individuals and small groups to raise attainment
* Supporting classroom behaviour and routines
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or QTS (ECTs welcome to apply)
* Experience within a primary school setting
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
