Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Essex – An established and well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into it’s commercial property department.

PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Up to circa £65k (DOE)
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and well-regarded practice in Essex. You will be handling a broad range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, development agreements as well as property finance, commercial property sales and acquisitions, option agreements and promotion agreements.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail and possess at least 3 years PQE in handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, property finance, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties and development agreements.
