We have a fantastic new opportunity for an IT Administrator / Systems Administrator with experience in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Applications, and a passion for technology.
Our in-house Technical Operations (TechOps) team has been investing heavily in enhancing our technology infrastructure and building a community of dedicated IT professionals. We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Administrator / Systems Administrator to deliver first-class systems administration, process optimisation, hardware management, and knowledge sharing, while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues.
As a key member of the TechOps team, you will be responsible for IT and user administration, system maintenance, documentation, auditing, liaising with MSPs, project delivery, user training, and more.

DUTIES
* Oversee on-premise and cloud technologies, including file system and permissions management, device and software management via Microsoft Intune, and identity and access management across platforms like Microsoft 365.
* Set up and issue hardware such as laptops and peripherals, manage equipment lifecycles, and maintain an asset database.
* Respond to user requests, discuss solutions, and provide equipment as needed.
* Coordinate IT services delivery in satellite offices by working with non-technical staff.
* Support system audits, such as access rights checks and inactivity reports.
* Collaborate with MSPs to provide deskside support.
* Represent the TechOps team internally, explaining IT processes, announcing changes, and maintaining relationships.
* Travel to national and global offices for device management, office moves, and infrastructure updates.
* Work with colleagues and project managers to improve IT services continuously.
* Share ideas to enhance IT services and technologies.
Additional opportunities include contributing to IT projects, creating knowledge articles, relocating offices, and developing cybersecurity skills.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in IT, a relevant degree, or industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL).
* Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience managing enterprise IT solutions, especially in identity/access management and file systems.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
* Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and coordinate with others.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative work approach.
* Ownership mindset and interest in learning new systems and processes.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager, Intune, Defender for Endpoint.
* Experience with cloud storage, hardware procurement, and policy development.
* Proficiency in MacOS.
