As a Security Manager at Capgemini, you’ll be a key contact for all security matters across a variety of client accounts. With clients spanning every industry you can imagine, no two days are the same. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow through exposure to new challenges and innovative projects. You’ll be part of a supportive and inclusive team of over 150 security professionals who are passionate about delivering world-class security services every day.
Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
Responsibilities
 * Lead and support responses to security incidents
 * Ensure governance and compliance with contractual security requirements
 * Manage threats, vulnerabilities, and security risks
 * Deliver engaging security awareness training
 * Prepare clear and concise security and financial reports
 * Oversee the client’s Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Your Skills And Experience
 * Experience leading security incident responses and conducting root cause analysis
 * Strong understanding of cybersecurity and information assurance across people, processes, and technology
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
 * Relevant security qualification (or working towards one), such as CISM, CISSP, GSLC (GIAC), CCP (ISSM), ISO27001, or GIS
 * Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
 * Interpersonal skills such as empathy, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
