About the Role
We are seeking experienced Nursery Room Leaders to join our dedicated team at Unity Stars Nurseries – Chalkstone Way, Haverhill, Suffolk. You will play a vital role in the launch and development of our new nursery setting, ensuring a high‑quality, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children from birth to four years.
Responsibilities
* Lead a room to ensure a high‑quality, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
* Supervise and mentor staff, sharing best practices.
* Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified childcare professional (minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent).
* Confidence in leading and inspiring a team.
* Creative, reflective, and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and education.
* Skilled in building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Location & Salary
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk CB9 0LB
Salary: £27,254 – £29,540 per annum
Hours: Full time or part time, between 7.15am – 6.15pm
Contract: Permanent, required as soon as possible
