CONTRACT TYPE: 9 Month Full-time / Fixed-term.
DEPARTMENT: BBC Childrens & Education, CBeebies
LOCATION: Salford
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £25,700 - £32,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

JOB PURPOSE
We're looking for a social media coordinator to join the BBC Children's & Education team, to work across our CBeebies and CBeebies Parenting accounts. You'll create social-first video and image content with strategic vision, support a team of Social Media Executives managing campaigns and assist in scheduling and publishing content across our platforms.

* Keep abreast of current trends and developments on social platforms
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - KEY CRITERIA
Essential criteria
* Experience using social platforms in a professional capacity
* An understanding of what makes the most engaging social content
* Proficient editing skills using Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to prioritise workload and work across multiple projects at once
Desirable Criteria
* An understanding of social analytics and how to interpret data
* Experience assisting on shoots and filming would be beneficial
* Adobe After Effects experience would be beneficial
