The Position: Part time position - Monday to Friday, weekend work available Assist with preparing and cooking vegetables, rice and pasta for bulk meal preparation Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions The Person: Experience in bulk cooking Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
