Job Title: M&E Engineer (Mechanical bias)

Location:Isleworth, Middlesex

Package:£46,000 - £50,000 + AP Training

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Out of Hours On-Call Rota 1 in 6 weeks)


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Isleworth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
2. Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.
3. Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
4. Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building
