Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Operative to join our team. This varied role will see you working across a range of facilities, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Whether you're cleaning a vacant property, supporting a commercial clearance, or assisting on special projects, you'll be a vital part of our operation. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential — we provide full training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning, clearance, and maintenance duties across various sites.
* Monitor facilities and promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
* Support operational and special projects as required.
* Maintain company standards to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a general operative or similar role preferred, but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
* Proactive problem-solving approach and a commitment to high-quality work.
