Sales Negotiator
We are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator for our Lymington office.
Our employees are meticulous, highly professional, and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a successful track record in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referrals and recommendations. Trusted for generations, we have specialized in selling residential property in London and the South of England for over 150 years.
About the Role
The successful Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:
1. Meeting and registering new applicants.
2. Maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications.
3. Building goodwill, establishing trust, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
4. Arranging, organizing, and conducting viewings.
5. Negotiating offers on behalf of clients.
6. Having an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace.
7. Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities.
8. Achieving daily and weekly targets.
9. Collaborating across all departments and referring business where necessary.
Skills and Experience
1. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
2. A professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn.
3. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. The ability to build rapport and develop long-standing relationships.
5. Capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
7. Full and clean driving license.
8. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
