A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its established Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer looking to take on high-quality work, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.


This position would suit a confident and technically strong lawyer who enjoys managing complex transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative and ambitious team environment.


You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Development projects
• Property finance transactions
• Asset management matters

Working closely with a senior partner, you will take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion, while providing commercially focused advice to a broad client base that includes investors, developers, lenders and business owners.


The role also offers the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members, contribute to business development initiatives, and play an active part in the ongoing success of the department.
About You The successful candidate will have:

• Approximately 5–10 years' PQE gained within commercial property, or a mixed commercial and residential property practice
• Strong technical expertise and experience handling complex transactions independently
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A commercial and proactive approach to legal practice
• The ability to supervise and support junior colleagues
• Experience using LEAP case management software would be advantageous, but is not essential
