Safety Sales Support Executive Based – Telford Head Office (min. 3 days per week office based) We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Safety Sales Support Executive to support our Safety Sales and Category teams. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, supporting new business wins, and delivering excellent internal and external service. What You’ll Be Doing Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries quickly and professionally Chasing outstanding orders with suppliers and internal teams Producing accurate month-end reports Handling pricing queries and completing pricing checks Coordinating product samples (ordering, tracking, distribution) Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new business wins Assisting with promotions, reporting, and presentations Updating product content on internal systems and webshop Supporting brand activity, including managing assets and communicating brand guidelines with suppliers. Providing general admin and operational support to the sales team What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Confident working across multiple teams Experience in admin, sales support, or similar role (preferred) Why Join Lyreco?
