Job Summary
The Front of House Staff plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. This position involves managing the reception area, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the establishment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements, coordinating with kitchen and service staff to optimise guest experience.
* Answer queries regarding menu items, specials, and services offered, providing accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution to maintain a positive dining experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including the reception desk and waiting areas.
* Assist with cash handling procedures, including processing payments and managing till operations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods.
