Clinical Leadership Opportunity (Night Shifts)

* Contract: 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration to join a 60-bedded nursing home and lead the night care team. This role is available for an immediate start (subject to DBS and compliance checks).
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver clinical care to the high standards we're known for. You'll make sure our care is in line with all regulations by implementing safeguarding policies and overseeing the creation of care plans. You'll use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects and evolve care levels to meet residents' needs. You'll update the team with the latest clinical developments by providing coaching, training and mentoring. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for what you do.
ABOUT YOU
As Care Home Clinical Lead, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience of gerontology is important, as well as a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You'll be dedicated and motivational, enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, demonstrated through successful clinical mentorship and performance management. You'll pride yourself on a person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
