A global aviation company specialising in private jet charter is looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand its client network across the financial and fintech industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, ambitious salesperson who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and creating impact in a luxury, fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing
* Winning new business across the private jet charter market, with a focus on financial and fintech clients
* Building strong relationships with decision makers and growing long-term partnerships
* Developing and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
* Attending meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand your client reach
* Identifying opportunities within the finance and fintech sectors to introduce charter solutions
* Working closely with brokers and senior leadership to ensure a seamless client experience
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally within financial or fintech sectors
* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with outbound sales, cold calling, and developing new relationships from scratch
* Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by results
* Professional and proactive, with the ability to build credibility quickly
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn about private aviation
* Salary range: £30,000–£40,000 base salary (depending on experience)
