About the Role

What We’re Looking For
✔ A valid SIA licence
✔ At least 1 year of experience in the security industry
✔ Willingness to learn and progress within the role
✔ Flexibility with shifts and responsibilities
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A professional and presentable appearance
✔ A hardworking, reliable, and committed attitude
Key Responsibilities
* Control site access by checking relevant ID and verifying entry requirements
* Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure security and provide a visible deterrent
* Monitor for and respond proactively to any potential security risks
* Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations
* Enforce access control policies, monitor entry/exit points
* Conduct thorough vehicle and individual searches in line with site protocols
* Respond swiftly to emergencies and security incidents
Qualifications
* Valid SIA Licence or meet the requirements state above
* Commutable Transport links / punctual
* RTW in the UK & 5-year checkable history
* Good customer service and written/verbal communication skills
* Computer literate
* Flexible to workdays, nights and weekends
