Job Title: Pastoral Manager Location: Wakefield (WF4) Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time Support pupils’ wellbeing and development while fostering a positive school environment. GSL Education are delighted to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Manager for a school in the WF4 area of Wakefield. As a Pastoral Manager, you will provide guidance and support to pupils, working closely with staff and families to address behavioural, emotional, and social needs. Main Responsibilities: Monitor and support pupil welfare, behaviour, and attendance. Provide guidance and mentorship to pupils requiring additional support. Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to promote wellbeing. Maintain accurate records and report concerns to senior leadership. Contribute to whole-school initiatives promoting positive behaviour and inclusion. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Pastoral Manager or in a similar role. Strong communication, mentoring, and behaviour management skills. Empathetic, proactive, and resilient approach. Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
