About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Systems Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting governance, process efficiency, and systems development across the business, ensuring we maintain our high operational standards.
You will work closely with our Systems Team, Senior Systems Manager, and various departments to ensure documentation, governance processes, and systems are effectively managed and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Process Support
1. Support the Systems Team in applying governance processes, policies, and procedures across projects and departments.
2. Maintain accurate and consistent system documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
3. Monitor activity against governance requirements, flagging risks, gaps, or areas for improvement.
4. Contribute to quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and readiness of outputs.
