We are excited to share that we are recruiting for the position of Head of Specialised Housing & Support. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership for our Extra Care and supported housing services, ensuring high quality, safe, and person‑centred services for some of our most vulnerable tenants. You will lead teams delivering housing management, care and support interfaces, safeguarding, and service continuity across our specialised housing portfolio. Working closely with colleagues across Housing, Property and Technology you will ensure services are coordinated, resilient, and focused on tenant wellbeing, independence and dignity.

Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday
Pay: £69,161 annual salary
Location: Swansea – Hybrid
