Overview
Tungsten Automation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data & Segmentation Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for owning database health, driving accurate segmentation, ensuring compliance with global data regulations, and enabling data-driven campaign execution and insights across Eloqua and Salesforce. This role is critical in ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient, targeted, and effective.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of marketing databases.
* Regularly perform data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment activities.
* Develop and implement procedures for data quality assurance.
* Analyze current data management processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Implement best practices for data collection, storage, and retrieval.
* Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline data workflows.
* Design and maintain Eloqua segmentation frameworks for persona-based, tiered, and GDPR-compliant campaign targeting
* Work closely with the marketing team to tailor campaigns to specific segments.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.
* Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
* Generate regular reports on database health, campaign performance, and segmentation effectiveness.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
* Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Excellent English (both written and oral)
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Data Science, Marketing or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in database management, data analysis, and campaign segmentation, preferably in B2B.
* Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, Traction Complete, 6sense, and D&B Rev.Up/Optimizer.
* Strong Excel skills; ability to manipulate, cleanse, and validate data at scale.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools like Asana.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI; ability to build and interpret dashboards tracking campaign engagement, lead funnel velocity, and database health.
