As an Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include: * Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, with a strong emphasis on sheet metal fabrication diagrams. * Working to precise specifications to ensure high-quality output. * Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools. * Utilising hand and power tools for general assembly tasks. * Collaborating effectively with team members to optimise production processes. * Manual handling, which may involve some heavy lifting. * Adhering strictly to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. * Participating in full training and induction programs.
