Duties of a Sales & Market Intelligence Manager
* Identify and qualify new business leads across UK and international markets
* Map key decision makers including architects, engineers, and contractors
* Generate high quality meetings for the Business Development team
* Conduct market research, tracking trends, pipelines, and competitor activity
* Support targeted outreach campaigns alongside marketing
* Maintain and develop CRM data to improve targeting and insight
* Assist with presentations, proposals, and sales materials
Skillset of a Sales & Market Intelligence Manager
* Experience in internal sales, lead generation, or market research
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
* Proactive and commercially aware mindset
* Must have experience working in the construction industry
* Experience of Barber ABI or Glenigans is of benefit
