Customer Service & Events Administrator - Ramsgate
Temporary (3 Months) | £13.50/hour | Full-Time | Mon-Fri | On-Site
Potential Permanent Role for the Right Candidate

Are you confident, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Client in Ramsgate as a Customer Service & Events Administrator. c£28,000/annum pro rata to an hourly temp rate.

In this varied and dynamic role, you'll be the face of the company - managing reception, supporting departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing front of house: greeting visitors, handling post, and overseeing reception
Organising events and coordinating all travel arrangements
Booking hotel accommodation and arranging buffets for meetings
Ensuring lunch deliveries arrive on time
Providing high-level administrative support across departments
Prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
Logging and processing returnsThe Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Confident and professional in appearance and attitude
Committed to exemplary customer service
Excellent at communicating at all levels
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office applications with good administration experience
Able to prioritise work and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with multi-tasking and supporting a variety of departmentsLocation & Hours:

Based on-site in Ramsgate
Monday to Friday
£13.50 per hourThis is an exciting 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right person.
