The firm wascreated to provide expert legal advice to employees and employersacross various sectors not limited to; football clubs, rugby clubs,racing teams, universities, SMEs, wealth individuals and theirfamilies and multinational corporations.

For this Employment Solicitor role, we expecta minimum of 2+ PQE in Employment Law from a High Street, Regional,Boutique or Top 200 Firm anywhere in England and Wales.
The Role
This role is for anEmployment Law Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ PQE, ideally from aprivate practice background in England or Wales.
The firm has a busy desk and a warm caseload of varied andexciting work. Still, we welcome applications from well-roundedSolicitors who are active in business development or want tocontribute to new business at the firm.
The firmcan handle the full range of employment law, both contentious andnon-contentious, employee and employer, but tends to focus on.
* Settlement Agreements
* Discrimination
* Workplacegrievances,
* TUPE transfers
* Maternity and paternityleave
* Unlawful deductions fromwages
* Breach of contract
* Employment Tribunal or HighCourt litigation
The firm specialises inemployment law and only employment law. They believe that whenindividuals or businesses seek employment law advice, they must speakto a specialist to ensure they receive the best quality service.
Employment law is perhaps the most fast-moving areaof the law and for that reason, you should take expert adviceregardless of the nature of the workplace dispute.
