Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Property Lawyer
Salary: £45-70k DOE
One of the leading firms providing legal services to South London, Surrey, and the South East, with offices in 3 locations, is looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer who can also handle residential property work.
They are modern and professional, with a team comprising bright, talented, and ambitious individuals.
The Role
Managing your own busy mixed caseload of conveyancing files including:
* Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
* Mortgages and remortgages
* Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
* Declarations of trust and other aspects of joint ownerships
* Acquisition of development sites and estate conveyancing
* Option agreements
* Providing 1-to-1 support with your own dedicated Paralegal/Legal secretary
Who are they looking for?
* A 2-5 years’ PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with solid Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Conveyancing experience.
* Someone confident in managing their own caseload
* A track record of providing high-quality service to clients
