Own Koinly's content strategy end-to-end, set editorial standards, lead the content team, and ensure every piece drives clarity, trust, and measurable growth across all channels.
Responsibilities
* Own and execute editorial strategy aligned with business and SEO goals.
* Define content pillars and oversee cross-channel content.
* Act as Editor-in-Chief, ensuring quality, voice, and authority.
* Lead content production, standards, and workflows.
* Manage content team and scale content operations.
* Drive growth through performance, distribution, and new channels.
Core requirements
* 8+ years in B2B/B2C SaaS content strategy (fintech a plus)
* Expert editorial skills: C2 English, tone, technical editing
* Advanced SEO and organic growth strategy
* Experienced in leading in-house and freelance teams
* Skilled in workflows, calendars, and scalable ops
* Data-driven, translating analytics into strategy
Not a fit if you
* Never owned a content strategy and roadmap.
* Primarily focus on writing or managing blogs rather than leading content strategy.
* View SEO as "keyword stuffing" rather than a holistic user-experience and growth framework.
* Never led and grew a content team.
* Are uncomfortable with technical/tax content.
* No B2B or B2C SaaS experience.
* Never managed or grown content channels.
* Prefer structured, synchronous, or closely guided work environments.
* Prefer working alone; struggles with cross-team collaboration.
* Don\'t have at least a C2 English level (written + spoken).
* Have less than 8 years of experience in content.
