Joining a high-performing UK sales operation, you’ll take ownership of an established, loyal customer base across North England & Scotland, covering a wide range of manufacturing and general industrial end-user environments.
This is a consultative, value-led sales role where you will nurture strong relationships, identify improvement opportunities and drive growth across the company’s full aftermarket portfolio.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Managing and developing an existing portfolio of industrial customers across the region
• Promoting a comprehensive aftermarket offering including:
- Spare Parts
- Service & Maintenance Solutions
- Equipment Modernisation & Upgrades
- Digital & Connected Equipment Solutions
• Working closely with customers to understand operational challenges and propose tailored engineering solutions
• Delivering year-on-year growth while protecting and deepening long-term relationships
• Collaborating with internal engineering, service, and commercial teams to ensure first-class customer experience
• Planning territory activity, reporting performance, and forecasting sales accurately
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a motivated technical sales professional, ideally with experience in mechanical engineering, capital machinery, or industrial aftermarket solutions.
Key attributes include:
• Based in North England (North East, North West, Yorkshire, or the Northeast)
• A background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing-focused sales
• Strong mechanical aptitude—comfortable discussing technical concepts
• A consultative, customer-centric style with strong relationship-building ability
• Ambition to grow, develop and build a long-term career (excellent internal progression pathways)
• Self-motivated with the drive to manage a large geographic territory independently
