The Role Join a busy Property Litigation team, working alongside partners and senior lawyers on landlord and tenant disputes, service charge claims, possession proceedings, and boundary or development disputes. Responsibilities include: Drafting legal documents and correspondence Preparing court and tribunal bundles Conducting legal research Liaising with clients, witnesses, and counsel From day one, you'll manage case files, meet deadlines, and gain exposure to complex, high-value property litigation.
