Duties and Responsibilities:
8. Processing payments & receipts for the group of companies across several countries and in a number of currencies
9. Banking cash and cheques, supplier payments ,customer refunds and reward vouchers, Direct Debit collections
10. Processing expenses claims
11. Reconciliation and coding of Credit Card returns
12. Reconciling bank statements
13. General administrative work such as filing, scanning, telephone calls and emails
14. Work in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness
Person Specification:
15. Proven experience working in a finance or accounting role
16. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
17. Experience of SAP ideal but not essential as full training is given
18. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
