Specialist Endocrine Leadership
Become a Key Leader in Endocrine Care – join us as a Specialist Endocrine Nurse. We’re seeking a skilled, passionate nurse to deliver autonomous, specialist endocrine care that makes a real difference.
What You’ll Do
* Provide expert endocrine care via nurse-led clinics, treatment planning, and inpatient support, ensuring personalised, compassionate care
* Act as the key worker for complex endocrine patients—delivering tailored education, support, and guidance
* Lead endocrine testing, interpret results, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes
* Develop and enhance endocrine services, supervise and mentor junior staff and students
* Deliver specialist education to patients, carers, and professionals, empowering them with knowledge
* Communicate sensitively with patients and families, supporting informed decisions and building trust
* Maintain accurate records, lead audits, and support quality improvement initiatives
* Promote evidence-based practice, participate in governance, and manage resources effectively
* Drive continuous learning and innovation to keep our endocrine services at the forefront of excellence
