We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a 3-bed Children’s Residential Service with an outstanding provider in Oswestry (postal area SY11). This full-time, permanent position offers an immediate start with a competitive salary of £46,150, with OTE up to £63,650 including bonuses.Key Details:

* Home: A 3-bed residential facility supporting children with EBD.

Essential Requirements:
* Qualification: Must possess an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management and a Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, with at least 2 years at Deputy or Assistant Manager level. Ideally, prior experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-registered setting with a strong inspection history.
* Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Care Standards: Commitment to delivering outstanding care, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
* Passion: Deep dedication to improving the lives of children in care.
* Additional: Must be a driver with own car and business insurance.
