On‑Site Recruiter
Location: Office‑based with on‑site check‑ins at shift start times. Contract: Temporary (March–September). Shift: 1500‑2230 (Mon‑Fri) 2100‑2200 (Sat). Rate: £14.00ph.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised recruiter to support a large-volume recruitment campaign. This is a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused role where you will manage the full recruitment and onboarding process for temporary workers.
The role is primarily office‑based, with required on‑site check‑ins at the start of shifts to ensure smooth worker attendance, engagement and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing high‑volume recruitment activity
* Advertising roles and screening applications
* Conducting open days and registration events
* Processing applications and issuing temporary contractsCompleting right‑to‑work and compliance checks
* Obtaining and verifying references
* Coordinating and delivering candidate inductions
* Conducting on‑site worker check‑ins at the start of shifts
* Building strong working relationships with site management
* Maintaining accurate recruitment and compliance records
About You
* Previous recruitment, resourcing or high‑volume administration experience preferred
* Confident managing large applicant volumes
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable handling compliance documentation
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A full driving license
